SalesForce has become a leader in cloud SaaS over the past few years. With a valuation of over 60 billion dollars, it’s no wonder that nearly every industry uses SalesForce for their cloud computing needs. In the call center environment, this type of integration can be very useful in establishing new leads and analytics reporting.
The following softwares have been confirmed to integrate SalesForce with their platform. Details about what exactly is integrated is described under the company name. If you’re looking for the complete directory of autodialers and predictive dialer, check out the autodialer directory.
1. SalesLoft
SalesLoft offers Salesforce integration with their autodialers starting with their first pricing plan, and allowing Salesforce Salesforce field mappings in their second “Professional” plan. Integrations allows full icing of all your calls, emails, and social media activities into your contacts and leads section of Salesforce.
No need to type in data manually, as explained by this feature below:
In the professional plan, you can directly map certain fields from the dialer into your Salesforce account, so that if you were to mark someone as “Do Not Call” in your dialer software, it would automatically update those fields in the Salesforce program.
2. ringDNA
ringDNA also has built in integration with it’s own autodialer platform that is completely online. Built by Salesforce IQ experts, ringDNA imports data from contacts and makes sure that the system calls prospects from their own area code – a method that is proven to convert more leads and influence customers to pick up the phone if they see it is a local number. Other features include automatic call recording and forwarding, as well as real-time logging of data from the calls and texts.
3. InsideSales PowerDialer App
PowerDialer is a built-in Salesforce app with a load of useful features, including the ability to set importance levels to incoming calls, ensure that your most prospective leads are always at the top of your priority. Additionally, PowerDialer offers LocalPresence, so that if you are calling a lead that lives in a “555” area code, for example, the incoming call will appear as a “555” number as well, similar to the ringDNA feature as mentioned above. Check out the video below from their sales team to see the major features.
4. Vocalcom
Vocalcom and their software Hermes cloud is a native dialer for Salesforce CRM, which has many of the features mentioned in the above products, with a ton of extras. Included in their cloud platform is a built-in softphone with call controls, local caller ID’s, real-time dashboards and auto call recording, among others. In addition, you can use this software even if you don’t have a Salesforce license, because the Vocalcom Sales Acceleration solution has many of the advanced features you would find if you had an account, without the need of a license. API integration is possible for 3rd parties as well.
