Cloud dialer systems are the cream of the crop when it comes to both autodialers and predictive dialers. Usually, cloud autodialers have certain features which make them more preferable to call centers large and small. When deciding wether or not to use a cloud based autodialer, keep in mind that the prices for certain features may be more expensive because it is considered cutting edge technology, so you will be paying a premium in order to use the software from whichever vendor you buy from. There are a few free, open source cloud autodialers programs out there, but usually they are hard to come by or are poorly supported, lacking many of the important features which makes cloud autodialers so admirable to begin with.

(Now if only a responsive dialer could do that!)

Cloud based autodialers place calls quicker and are able to identify do not disturb numbers at a faster rate than a person dialing each number individually, so it takes the efficiency of placing calls and streamlines the process, much like in the example above.

It’s hard for an agent to figure out if a phone number is on a do not call list, or is not suppose to be called which can sometimes lead to trouble down the road if you’re not careful. Cloud autodialer programs can cross check your list of phone numbers with government databases, directories, and blacklists to ensure that you don’t fall on the wrong side of the law – or disturb people who have opted out of telemarketing calls.
