There are lots of open source options available for those who are willing to work with open source dialer software, however, this comes with a few risks. There are many videos available that show how you can configure a program like Skype to make calls on your behalf in conjunction with Excel. Google Voice has also been used to automatically make calls. These methods are very time consuming to setup and may require additional tools and costs (ex: placing a call using Skype), so be aware of the different charges associated with each “free” program before you use them as an autodialer.
