Direct Marketing – A form of advertisement where a business contacts the customer directly, as opposed to customers discovering the business through their own individual efforts. VoIP (or IP Phone) – An acronym for Voice Over IP, voice over IP means that a telephone call is placed over an IP address on the internet, instead of a telephone network.
